We want you to love your ALIGNE pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ALIGNE tags are attached, and include the completed packing slip inside.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
